This figure was done as a Birthday present for Cerridwyn1st on Coolminiornot.
Unfortunatley I ran a little late with it, so it ended up as a belated birthday present.

This figure is heavily converted from the Fabius Bile Chaos Space Marine.
The iconography was removed from the shoulder pads and the Coat was reshaped and smoothed by copious amounts
of green stuff.
The hair and moustache were also sculpted on as were the replacement icons for the shoulder pads.
This took about 80 hours worth of work to get to this level.
it paid off as I got a Finalist Certificate for this figure in UK Gamesday 2004
